Welcome to our beautiful 100-square-meter apartment located on the 3rd floor with elevator access. It can accommodate up to 8 people, perfect for family or group trips. If you are looking for a comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped place for your stay, you’ve come to the right spot.
You will love the 3 spacious bedrooms in the apartment. The first and second bedrooms feature a king-size bed (180x200cm) with individual air conditioning for a peaceful night's sleep. The third bedroom includes two single beds (90x200cm), also with individual air conditioning for restful relaxation.
You’ll also have access to 2 functional private bathrooms (sink, shower, hairdryer, toilet, washing machine, and WC) for your personal comfort.
The living room is equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 people (available upon request with an additional cost) for friendly gatherings, a TV with more than 100 channels for entertainment, and a large dining table that seats up to 8 people for meals with family or friends.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction cooktops, ovens, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron and ironing board, pots and pans, and complete cutlery for preparing delicious meals.

Location, communication, cleanliness were all great. I specifically looked for VRBOs with 2 king beds and an elevator near the Marais since we were 2 couples travelling. Beds were very comfortable

This is a great apartment for exploring central Paris. The Metro across the street is very convenient. Many great neighborhoods within a 10 minute walk.

The apartment was very nice, clean and in a good location. However, the check in process was a nightmare. It would have been much eaiser to have a picture of how to check in, sent to us, rather than the convouluted written instuctions. We were not given the actual apartment number so we had to knock on doors to try to find out where we were staying. The weird thing is, once we got into the aprtment, they had a booklet on how to check in and how to open the front door, with pictures that were very helpful.There are no written instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer or dishwasher.The apartment might be good for a couple or small family, but I would not recommend it for 2 couples traveling together.We were given one set of towels for a week, which was totally insufficient.We were told to take out all the garbage, do the dishes and try to replace the keys in a locker that we got the code for 10 days prior to our stay,on an email the night before our departure.The showers were nice but very dangerous for anyone who has knee issues. The shower floors are very slippery.We checked out at 5:00 a.m. so trying to clean the apartment, take out all the garbage, put the dirty towles in the specified location and make sure the dishes are clean and put away was a bit much.There were limited supplies in the apartment, but the lack of extra towels, and extra blankets was really bad.I would not rent this property again.
