About this house rental
Charming cabin just across the street from Lake Barkley. Beautiful wooded lot with great deck nestled in the woods. Fully stocked kitchen and charcoal grill. Approximately 1 mile from Linton Bay Recreation Area & boat ramp and 14 miles from Lake Barkley State Park and Marina. Great for family/friend getaways or fishing trips. Close to the lake and Linton Bay Recreation Area. Our home is remote enough to feel like you are away from it all, yet it is just a short drive to the charming town of Cadiz, KY. Cadiz has a grocery store, a coffee shop/cafe, several restaurants, great antique/gift shops and beautiful Lake Barkley State Park & Marina. Tucked in the trees for ultimate privacy our home offers 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, Washer & dryer, DVD player in den and one of the bedrooms. **New comfy mattresses** Great deck with dining table and chairs and ample seating. Truly a peaceful getaway!

Nice cabin, seclude with true privacy. Only 20 minutes from where we keep our boat. We have stayed several times and will stay again.

Hello,
My son (Donnie Freeman) rented this for me (his Mom ,68 yrs old),my husband (69 yrs old), my brother , (74 yrs old) and his grand-daughter (10 yrs old)
The cabin was great! We just loved it the quiet, the peacefulness, It was great. No wifi was a bonus.
EVERY time we was looking for something we forgot, WE Found it to be there. It was amazing.
The only thing is, that the photo of the cabin , looks like it is on flat ground. We were 3 elderly people and a 10 yr old child. I fell down the hill on the first day. I'm okay but I was a little sore. I think you should make it clear that there is a Steep hill that you have to go down and up. Anyways it was great ,

My brother has been having HIGH blood pressure , (198/130) but after this trip it was 130/80 which was great .His doctor was so happy..
