Welcome to my centrally-located home a few blocks from Downtown, sound-proofed fully contained basement suite. This suite is in a great location close to a shopping mall, restaurants, gym, grocery store, parks and many businesses. There are buses and taxi's available in the vicinity. The suite is bright and modern, and cool in the summer.

Very close to everything.
It is a basement suite, so low ceilings...particularly in the shower. Probably only 6' in the shower, which was OK for us.
Nice and cool even coming back from a day that was 34°C outside.
