Our vacation home is located near Capoterra in the locality "Su Spantu" and offers everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. It consists of 4 apartments (1 on the ground floor and 3 on the upper floor), which can simultaneously accommodate up to a maximum of 10 people. It is possible to park for free directly in front of the house. On the ground floor of the villa is the entrance with a large living area of 50 square meters, available to the guests of the three apartments, with fireplace, air conditioner, sofa, TV with PS4 game console and board games. Possible excursions: Cagliari, reachable by car in 17 minutes; Pula and Nora, in 13 and 15 minutes; the fantastic beaches of Chia and Tuerredda in 31 and 36 minutes. Pets are allowed on request. A pharmacy, supermarket, and some sports facilities (padel, tennis) are in the immediate vicinity. Pizzerias and restaurants within 1km. Please understand that we do not accept parties in our house.
