The beautiful and freshly remodeled home is right off the bypass of I80/235 in central Des Moines. 15 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes from the airport.
I get to overlook beautiful sunsets with the downtown skyline. I have an easy commute to downtown either from the interstate or 2nd Ave.
I am minutes from great dining, entertainment, live music, and good times. I like to keep my space inviting, clean, and ready for my guests to sit back relax and enjoy their home away or home for a moment.
I do require a pet fee $12/night.

Rebekah was GREAT! Very responsive when I had a question before and during our stay. I had the check in information before I arrived and it was easy and seamless. The facility was very clean and well equipped compared to some I’ve stayed at. It was less than 10 minutes to get downtown so location was great. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you Rebekah for making this a good experience and for sharing your property with us.

Very nice house, fully equipped kitchen. Also a couch & TV area in basement not shown. Had a nice stay, close to stuff in city.

We were coming to town with the plan to cook multiple meals to stock our college kid's freezer with home cooking going into finals. THIS was the perfect place to do that. It isn't a huge kitchen, but it is amazingly complete.
Lately we've stayed at places with brand new stove and fridge, but no coffee maker. Most places are sparse on pans or place settings. Not here!!!
If happen to be interested in more than cutting boards, whisks, and measuring spoons, the living room was comfy and the tv easy to adapt to our favorite streaming. The bedrooms were welcoming and clean. Lots of closet and drawer space. Tables for your phone chargers. The shower is bright and has good elbow room. Parking is ample and away from the street. We did not notice excessive highway noise in the back bedroom.
