Lovely apartment located in a modern residence with a large swimming pool, approx. 450mt from the beach. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with shower, private patio and garden with pool view. Main amenities featured: A/C, Sat-TV, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and one uncovered and numbered parking space.°Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
