Parking space at the entrance to the land, lawn areas and high-end barbecue-plancha shared with the gîte next door. Adjoining another gîte for 4 people (22G410706 - Théodore) and the discreet owner. On the slopes of the Corlay river, 600 m from the castle and its walk around the pond, you benefit from both a strategic geographical location and a privileged environment. When we arrive in the courtyard of this old Breton farm, we quickly see the work that Mariannick had to do to achieve such an accomplished result. 2 perfectly decorated lodgings where the smallest piece of furniture or object has a story and a restoration, each with its own vast courtyard terrace as we rarely come across, lawned areas, all on the edge of the town and fields with the Sainte Philomène fountain which will welcome you.
