This was my families first time visiting Topsail. The condo was amazing. Great view from every room. The ocean view balcony to watch the sunrise in the mornings was our favorite. Very clean and nicely updated. Lots of great amenities for the kids on the property. We will be planning our next family vacation here.

We had the most relaxing time staying here. The weather was perfection while many places including home was under a heat advisory, we didn't want to leave. I LOVE how the area isn't commercialized. The balcony with the phenomenal ocean view was a favorite and the breeze was a plus. The beds were so comfortable and loved the fans in the rooms as I'm use to a fan when sleeping. The kitchen had everything we needed as we cooked some meals. My only complaint that has nothing to do with the condo and more with the realty company is they offered 25% off an extra night so I called as soon as I got the text (Tuesday) to inquire about it and my call was never returned. So they can definitely improve on that.

Wonderful property. The price was acceptable. We wish something could be done about the lack of beach at high tide but realize it's certainly not your fault.

Everything we needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. Well equipped kitchen, great ocean view, and very clean. We enjoyed our time in this unit.
