We stayed in Room 406. At first glance everything looked good except for the stained carpets in the bedrooms that needs to be replaced. The location is great. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. A problem that we had was the ants. They were tiny and everywhere. When we checked in the night before, we were in a rush to see a show and didn’t notice them. The next morning they were crawling everywhere. We had to throw away any food that wasn’t kept in the refrigerator because they had got in the packaging. We informed the front desk that Monday morning. We called from the room and I also went down and showed the lady a video of all the ants. She said maintenance would come spray. They didn’t. No one came. We weren’t offered another room or anything. We were disappointed by the lack of concern and customer service. This is a nice property and has potential but people don’t want ants crawling all over their stuff. Get rid of them.
