The Leaflet | Hocking Hills, Swim Spa, Theater

We rented the house for the weekend with 11 people. The was a perfect size for everyone to sleep and do various activities. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The area was beautiful and easy to get to for hiking various trails. We loved staying there and thinking about renting it again in the future.

The cabin was amazing! Super clean and very well stocked, some items we did not even know that we had until we were cleaning up to check out. It was perfect for our needs. Definitely would recommend to a medium to large group looking for a great place to gather and have fun!

The Leaflet was perfect for our family of ten! Swim Spa was a big hit! The kids all loved it! There were a couple of things. The basement where the Bunk Beds were was freezing! Everyone had to find other places to sleep. The other issue: there is a 40.00/hour charge for early check in which we did opt out of. None of us had ever heard of this and we all travel quite a bit.

Winter Stay on cold days (below 10 degrees). The cabin is beautiful, clean and well maintained! No complaints there at all. Don't get me wrong we enjoyed the space and our group had a great time. You can not beat a hot tub on a 5 degree day. During our winter stay the two basement bedrooms were freezing. One was probably in the 50s. There were no extra blankets available. Yes, I could have contacted them about blankets but we decided to cut our stay short to head out before a forecasted winter storm hit. Since it was winter we could not use the outdoor seating. There was only 1 table inside for 8 people and comfortable seating for 4 on the main level. This was just not enough for a our group of 13. I would highly recommend this cabin for spring, summer or fall. Not sure it's the place for large groups during the winter.
