Beautiful apartment with swimming pool and terrace. Located in the heart of Las Americas, halfway between Playa de Las Americas and Las Vistas, where you can breathe a summer atmosphere all year round. Spacious, exquisitely decorated, with two large bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. It is ideal for families and business trips, as it has Wifi Fibre Internet and a pleasant terrace where you can disconnect. It has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

With two beautiful bedrooms, the main one with double bed, Smart TV, fitted wardrobes and direct access to the spectacular terrace of the flat, the second one has two single beds that can be joined or separated as needed. It has a spacious living-dining room with integrated equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a pleasant terrace where you can have breakfast, sunbathe and relax. It also has a bathroom, Fibre Wifi Internet, designed for teleworking and a swimming pool in the residential complex where it is located.
With an unbeatable location, in a quiet street, a few minutes from the beach, restaurants and the main points of interest of Las Americas.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, terrace, swimming pools, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, oven, Wifi fibre internet, bed linen and shower towels, cot and high chair and much more.
Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.
Please note that there may be occasional noise during your stay due to nearby construction work.
On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.

Bonita decoración, alegre y cómoda, situado en un perfecto complejo residencial con piscina y rodeado de cosas que hacer, con la playa cerca, beach clubs y restaurantes. Tiene una terraza con varios espacios donde relajarse y su piscina comunitaria es perfecta. Hemos disfrutado mucho.

The apartment is within a secure gated complex, just a short distance from the beach with a great selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. First impressions were great, the apartment is painted white throughout with modern ikea furniture. The kitchen is fully kitted out with hob/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc….all you could need. There is a very large patio area with dining table/chairs, loungers and sofa, however we were terribly disappointed to find that the sun does not make an appearance at any time of the day there! Also, the outside light did not work so we couldn’t even sit out there in the evening. The apartment has a television in the lounge and the double bedroom but there are no English speaking channels. Also, during our stay there were no batteries in one of the remote controls. (there were spare batteries in a drawer, however not the correct size). The beds are on the firm side but still pretty comfortable and there is lots of storage space throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which was quite powerful. I did not like that the shower head was not adjustable, it was fixed on the wall far too high for me to reach, so every day was a hair washing day (women will understand this!). The apartment was very spacious and ample for 4 adults.
