The Reserve at Kirby Landing

One of the main reasons I chose this property was the game room. Everyone loved it! The main house was beautiful and perfect for our group. Only minutes away from fishing and feeding catfish and 30 minutes from the diamond mines. I highly recommend this property!

Awesome lake house. Plenty of room for our entire family to spread out and enjoy spending time with each other.

There was a lot of flies and gnatsall over the house to the point where you are unable to eat. A huge plate with blue powder was left on the kitchen countertop with a sign stating fly poison. I guess it was there to help with the flies, however, this did not help at all as we were unable to eat due to the amount of flies and gnats. Electrical wires were cut and exposed, we reached out to the host immediately when it was noticed, which was two hours after our arrival. We were advised that they were going to have someone take a look at it as the garage doors were not opening and that did not happen as no one came by to fix anything. Stairs and stair handles were really dirty and sticky as they have not been cleaned at all. For the amount of money that we were paying for the rental, I would have expected some sort of cleanliness. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it for other people.

The Reserve was a perfect place for our family vacay. The game room was a hit with both adults and children. Plenty of room for everyone in our large group. Well stocked with essentials and many games and activities. We especially liked the outside fireplace for evening s’mores and conversations.
