Located on Columbia Pike in Arlington, this house is only 2 minutes away from the highway. You’ll love the ambiance, the peaceful neighborhood, and the free private and street parking. Good for solo adventurers, families (with kids) and small groups of friends. There are 5 private bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 kitchenette, 2 full bathrooms and a beautiful backyard. Renters will also be given access to the WiFi and Netflix.

Bedroom 1: Locates in the main level- includes 1 Queen bed, bed-linens, large closet, window blinds, 50”Tv(smart tv functionality with streaming player) Accent Chair, bath towels, iron and ironing board, hangers.
Bedroom2: Locates in the main level- includes 1 Double bed, bed-linens, large closet, window blinds, bath towels, hangers.

This was the perfect place for a weekend in Nova.

We flew to DC for a quick weekend trip to view the Japanese cherry blossoms, and this house did not disappoint. The house was cute and clean with a good amount of amenities For our stay. We felt bad that after cleaning up when we were leaving, the trash hadn’t run from the previous renters so we had to stack our trash on top of that one and the lid wouldn’t close.The only thing I would recommend for this place would be to put some WD-40 on a couple of the doors, and maybe add an extra bath towel
