About this apartment rental
This chic studio offers a king bed, full bath, and kitchenette. Enjoy free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a private balcony with ocean views. Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.
Our unit is in Building D on the 2nd floor and our home is outfitted with a plush king bed and a flat panel television. The kitchenette is equipped with granite countertops, a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo and a well-lit vanity. Wireless high speed Internet service and cable television are included.

Needs General freshening up but otherwise a nice compact unit :.: repaint front door and fix bureau drawers with properly attached knobs where not properly secured.

The apartment was exactly as described on the website. My husband and I were in town for an afternoon wedding, and the owner allowed us to check in early in order to get ready after traveling. The location is so convenient to everything in the Rosemary area. It was a perfect amount of space for the time we were there, clean, and quiet! It was a great find!
