-Parking passes and wristband purchases are made in the welcome center upon arrival or during first available business hours (8a-4p, 7 days per week). This is SEPARATE FEE. It is not included in your total booking price. - There s no assigned parking, but you ll find plenty of spots just steps from your private entrance.
-No GOLF CARTS nor SLINGSHOTS/Off Roading Vehicles are authorized by renters at Horizon South
-The primary renter must be 25+ years of age, personally check in, and remain at the property for the full reservation period.
-For the comfort of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors or on balconies. A $500 fee applies if violated.
-Initial essentials are provided as a convenience, and guests are encouraged to shop for personal preferences.
-A digital guest guide will be provided ahead of your stay outlining access instructions and local tips.
-This property does not allow pets of any kind.
-Guests should supply their own beach towels, as they are not included.

We were given a gate access code that was incorrect and that made me nervous about the door code not working but it was correct. Dishes, silverware and skillet still has food on them and we discovered that someone had turned off the water to the dishwasher. I emailed management and they were very prompt to respond and gave us permission to turn the water back on. So, did cleaning personnel or the previous renter put away dirty dishes?Overall our stay was good. The grounds were well kept, clean and seen security several times patrolling. Area felt safe and family friendly.
