NOTE: Two flights of stairs up from parking. No elevator. NO Air-conditioning, but we are at 8000 feet elevation; in the summer, opening a balcony door or windows cools the condo pretty quickly, but then you may hear some highway noise.

The condo itself was very nice--plenty of room, good bedrooms and the kitchen was helpful for doing breakfast before skiing. The description says "ski-in" but we didn't experience that, but this year the snow wasn't great. Even without that option, the distance to the gondola wasn't bad, and the location to Vail shopping and dining was excellent. We had a small snafu with the parking, but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the management. I would recommend this to anyone interested in staying close to the slopes.

We had a great stay, however the rental had a foul smell. We couldn't pinpoint what it was but did notice spots on the walls near the ceiling throughout that may have been mold? This unit was very outdated and needs a remodel for this price point. The location was very convenient and close to everything, especially the market and bus stop. It was about a 4 minute walk to the gondola. There is no elevator so you need to carry everything up 3 flights of stairs. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook. The management company was super helpful in getting us an early check-in as we arrived earlier than expected. Overall we had a great trip, but would likely select a more recently updated rental property next time.
