Booked this Fayetteville VRBO to take our son to a concert at Razorback Stadium. The home is beautiful, situated on a corner lot in a wonderful family neighborhood. Pictures do not do this home justice. Communication with the owner from beginning to end regarding entry, recommendations, questions and exit far exceeded expectations as she was extremely helpful and a complete doll. The home was immaculately clean, and there were two welcome baskets with assorted treats, snacks and water to greet us. This special touch from the owner truly showed her thoughtfulness regarding her guests and was well received, especially by our son.The kitchen was stocked with the necessary pots, pans and appliances, as well as spices to make a meal. The primary suite’s bathroom was spacious and beautiful with two sinks, again with guests in mind, there were complimentary makeup removal wipes, and facial wash available, had you forgotten to pack some. This home is located far enough away from the busy main road, yet close to all stores should you need anything. Restaurants are a stones throw away, we had a lovely Thai meal on our first night. The stadium is just a few miles away, which was amazing after a long rain delayed concert. This home is our number one, top rental of all time. We felt welcomed, appreciated and safe at this home. The location, cleanliness and owners attention to detail made this an absolute home away from home. 10/10 recommend!
