This peaceful, centrally located 2-bedroom cottage sits in the heart of Historic Old Northeast, just steps from Beach Drive, the Pier, Vinoy Park, and North Shore Park. Guests consistently say the location is perfect—walkable to everything, yet quiet and relaxing when you’re ready to unwind.
Inside, the home is clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out, with two separate bedrooms for privacy, a full kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a small workspace for remote work or studying. The jack-and-jill bathroom includes a walk-in shower.
One of guests’ favorite features is the private backyard and patio, where a small fountain helps soften city noise and creates a calm place to enjoy Florida’s outdoor air. Many guests mention they feel safe walking the neighborhood—even at night, which is rare and valuable in a downtown setting.
You’ll have off-street parking for one car with EV charging, and most guests find they can park once and walk everywhere. The nearby Looper free downtown trolley also makes getting around easy.

We had a great stay here with our 2 year old. The cottage is cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The location couldn't be better, in the wonderful Old Northeast neighborhood and just a short walk to the waterfront, Vinoy Park, pier, and downtown. Lisa was an excellent host and provided lots of recommendations in the lead-up to our stay. We'd love to stay here again on our next trip to St. Pete!

Lovely accommodation close to everything. So many lovely restaurants and sights right you doorstep while sating in a darling cottage in a very quaint neighborhood. And just a short drive to lovely beaches. Highly recommend.

This cottage was absolutely perfect! Ideal location for an early morning walk along the water, late morning shopping at the shops off Beach drive, a stop at the magnificent Dali museum, cocktails at the Vinoy bar, dinner at one of the many fine restaurants steps away. The house was in perfect order, warm and cozy with every amenity needed and then some. And Lisa was a great host—very prompt and accommodating to any and all of my inquiries (and plan alterations due to the looming blizzards raging towards my home town). She made my stay — check in and check out— enjoyable and seamless. I would recommend this property without question.
