About this house rental
Welcome to Forest Creek! This townhome is a wonderful year-round location, centrally located between Eagle Lodge, shopping, restaurants, and more. The town bike path and public transportation are a short walk away, making it easy to access any part of the town and resort for skiing, biking, hiking, etc.
This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, wi-fi, parking for 2 cars, and a private jacuzzi.

About the space:
Located in the heart of Mammoth, this 2-bed, 3 bath, is a great place to call home during your vacation. This 1200 sq. ft. townhome has an open feel – the main living area is located on the second story and has vaulted ceilings, a dining area, and full kitchen. The living area has luxury vinyl plank flooring, a gas fireplace, Roku TV, and a comfortable couch with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a full bathroom off the main living area. The full kitchen is well equipped for cooking delicious meal. There is an outdoor porch off the main living area with a private BBQ – stocked with free propane. The enclosed porch has a private jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing tired muscles after a long day.
On the first level are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom and closet space for storing clothes. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a single bed with a closet. The full bathroom is also ensuite to the second bedroom. The washing machine is off the master bedroom, the dryer is located in the hallway.
We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent.
You will have everything you need here for a wonderful family vacation!

Great spot for our family. Loved watching it snow from the enclosed jacuzzi. Added bonus that they shoveled the porch and kept the parking area plowed during the heavy snow.

Great place, very happy with our stay. But a couple of hopefully constructive comments/suggestions: the hot tub controls were flaky, didn't always respond. The lighting throughout was very dim, it needs brighter lights to cheer the place up and allow reading. And why no bedside lights?

Liked the place with the Bedrooms on the first floor didn't have to carry my luggage up to the 2nd floor, need to have blackout curtains for the bedrooms, need to fix the lockbox the lever is broken needed to use pliers to open it. Nice kitchen and hot tub was great after all of the hiking in Mammoth area.

This was a great place to unwind after being on the slopes all day. Plenty of entertainment, kitchen had everything you need, and hot tub is well taken care of.
