Escape is a multi-award-winning, luxury designer beach house located absolute beachfront in the prestigious “dress circle” of Culburra Beach. North-facing and set at the safe, patrolled (summer) southern end of the beach near Tilbury Cove, Escape offers breathtaking views, direct private beach access, and an exceptional coastal holiday experience.
This is one of the rarest beachfront homes on the east coast — positioned right on the sand, facing due north, with panoramic ocean views and all-day sunshine.

Escape is ideal for families, couples, groups of friends, and guests holidaying with their dog. We are also perfectly located near popular wedding venues in Terara, Merribee, Nowra and Berry, making Escape an excellent base for wedding guests and families.

• Single-Level Living – rare for a beachfront home. Ideal for mature guests with wide ramp access, no steps, and safety rails in the shower and toilet. All living areas open onto the deck.
• Enormous Deck & Outdoor Pavilion – featuring a Weber BBQ, outdoor dining table, large outdoor lounges, sun loungers and a spacious flat lawn below.
• Open-Plan Living & Kitchen – huge modern kitchen with all new appliances, excellent cookware, and a large dining table seating 10. Two comfortable lounge areas.
• Flat Lawn & Native Garden – perfect for children and outdoor relaxation, with a lower deck and outdoor shower.
• Perfect North-Facing Aspect – filled with sunshine in cooler months. Enjoy the open fireplace in winter (firewood provided). In summer, cooling sea breezes mean no air conditioning is required; ceiling fans are in all bedrooms. Open fire with all firewood provided
• Fully Stocked Pantry – including flours, sugars, pasta, oils, sauces, Nespresso machine, slow cooker, blender and more.
• Wildlife Watching – whale watching from the deck (September–December, binoculars provided) and dolphins year-round.

Lovely, clean and very well equipped property. The views and location are amazing. The host was very considerate and communicative. It was the perfect place for our family gathering with our kids and young grandchildren especially with the beach so accessible. We would love to stay again in the future.

We had the most incredible ladies retreat here over the weekend!! The accomodation totally exceeded our expectations! Super clean and the views were incredible. We could hear the sound of the ocean from the house which was so calming. Thank you so much Jen for the delicious homemade surprise treat, that was such a thoughtful touch. Jen was an absolute pleasure of work with and this has to be one of my fav accommodation
