About this house rental
Gorgeous house in the best area of Mesquite with private pool and hot tub! Just minutes from golf courses and Casinos. This patio is to die for!!! 3 good sized bedrooms with a great common space.
1 King, 2 Queens, 4 rolling cots, 2 floor mattreses. Cots and floor mattresses can be put anywhere they are needed.
*** pool not heated Nov-Feb (pool can always be used, it just might be cold depending on the weather). Please DO NOT book if this is a deal breaker for your group! The pool is mostly solar heated so weather will impact pool conditions during non summer months ***
Relax Outside: Covered patio, outdoor furniture, TV, BBQ, Outside fireplace, pool, hot tub!
Kitchen: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, island counter W/ bar seating
coffee maker and K-cup brewer, cookware, dishware, crock-pot.
Indoor Living: 4 Smart TVs (1 in each bedroom, 1 in living room), open, spacious great room, dining table, en-suite bathroom w/ dual sink vanity & walk-in shower, jetted tub, and shower/tub combo

Once we figured out the hot tub it was hot enough. The pool was refreshing although the slide seemed to be inoperable. Rooms were clean, although it was a stretch to advertise as sleeping 12, especially with only 2 bathrooms. For adult males on a golf trip, each member wanted a room, so in our case it realistically slept 3 although one did sleep on the living room sofa. I realize it had 3 roll away beds in the garage, but the two mattresses in the closets were not realistic for an adult sleeping option. We enjoyed our stay, the neighborhood was quiet, and the central air allowed for comfort and relaxation after a day out in the hot sun.

The house was nice and having the extra bedding worked out when our son and grandkids came all the kitchen utensils pots and pans were great. The problem was with the owner the house advertise a heated pool outdoor fireplace, hot tub, which was all there, but the only thing that was working all the time was the hot tub. The pool was not heated. We reached out to the owner and he eventually got back with us with a video on how to get the pool working so we only had one week where the pool was heated
the rest of the time it would quit working and we have to call the owner again and he finally had his father call us,
and he worked with us There were numerous thing that needed fixed and we did several on our own. The first few days we were there we actually thought we would rent it for next year but that changed
We check all the reviews which were great but their stay were short we were there a month and it seemed like there was something that needed attention. Sorry but I would not rent the house for a long stay. A couple days would ne ok
