About this house rental
Mesquite Business License # 991874. We are delighted to welcome you to our Mesquite Retreat. This is our family vacation home, and we hope that you enjoy it and respect it as much as we do. Please make yourself at home. If you have any issues at all we are just a text away. We hope you have an amazing stay! 4 bedroom (2 masters) 3 bathrooms, 2 workstations, large kitchen, roomy family room with sectional (room for additional air mattress), pantry, huge dining table - perfect for game nights. Exit the sliding glass door to the large covered patio, outdoor grill, huge pool with 4 built in barstools, putting green, and lots of outdoor seating room. ***THERE IS NO HOT TUB***
. **It is incredibly difficult to heat the pool between November & March due to the low air temp & size of our pool. We will not be heating the pool during these months because it is simply cannot get warm enough for guests to enjoy.
All other months, Pool can be heated UPON REQUEST ONLY for $75 per night. And depended on overnight temps.
The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Additional appliances in the pantry. We provide you with a nespresso machine and 1 sleeve of coffee pods.
*PLEASE NOTE there is no access permitted to the garage, this is where we store our personal belongings. If for any reason you need access to the garage, please let us know and we can discuss a possible agreement for you to have access for an additional fee & additional waiver & deposit.
The master closet is locked, this is where we store our personal belongings, you will not have access to this closet. Pool towels are provided and will be stored in the laundry room. The back doors have powered blinds, please do not misplace the remote! There will be an extra charge of $60 if any of the remotes are lost or broken.

This house is perfect for family gatherings! The pool is amazing for socializing and the patio is spacious as well as perfectly furnished! My family and I LOVED this house and will stay there again when we go back to Mesquite!

We were excited at the possibility of this being our go to house for Mesquite soccer tournaments. We booked this listing because of the amenities. The listing stated it had a hot tub. No hot tub. Owner gave us a very small credit and told us they would turn the heat on for the pool. Called the pool guy as instructed to get the water off the cover. We basically got the water off without him. No heat, no swimming. Putting green, no putters or balls. Grill, out of propane. Fire table, low propane. Couldn’t use. Owner stated putter/balls would arrive on Sat. Nothing. To add to the experience, we had 10-hours of a low battery fire alarm beeping all night. No ladder. We reached out and the owners did get someone over quickly. Note, if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs for the primary suite. You can hear everything at the neighbors. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and nice beds. This was an overpriced booking for the experience.
