Villa Marija is located in the charming village of Metajna on the island of Pag and represents a perfect blend of Mediterranean ambiance, baroque style, and royal elegance. This luxurious villa accommodates up to nine guests and offers a unique interior that provides a special sense of opulence and comfort.
On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a living room, all furnished with particular attention to detail and refined lines that exude style and warmth. The dining area features furniture with a touch of classic elegance, royal tones, and a luxurious finish. Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom with a shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine for extra convenience. The upper floor hosts three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own toilet and shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. Two of the rooms have a double bed and an additional single bed, while the third room offers one single bed and a baby crib, making it ideal for families. With a total of six air conditioning units, the entire house is pleasantly cooled, providing maximum comfort during the hot summer days.
Extending from the house is a beautiful pool area with comfortable sun loungers and a breathtaking view of the sea and the beach, making it a perfect spot for relaxing under the sun. The same stunning view can also be enjoyed from the balcony on the upper floor. There is a lovely space with a dining table and kitchen, offering direct access to the pool – perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings. In the courtyard, there is also a barbecue fireplace, inviting guests to enjoy Dalmatian grilled specialties.
Metajna and its surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation and exploration, including seaside walks, cycling trails, natural attractions such as the Pag Triangle, and indulging in local gastronomy and the renowned Pag cheese. Just a short walk from the villa, guests can enjoy two beautiful beaches – Sunčana, ideal for families with children thanks to its shallow sea entry, and the more secluded Popajdić beach, perfect for peace and privacy.
