Just 20 minutes from the sea, at the foot of the Pyrenees, this former 18th-century mill welcomes you all year round. Its large fenced swimming pool, open from May to September, and its orchard make it the ideal place for young and old alike.
The mill has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a mezzanine, an office, a kitchen, a large living room and a dining room with an extensible table for 12 people. Capacity 12 adults / 15 people with children (3 double beds, 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds, 2 bunk beds, 3 pull-out beds).
The gîte is fully equipped with air-conditioning in the living room, WI-FI, TV (Android TV), washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, iron, hairdryer + numerous books and games for children.
In the garden, you'll find a barbecue, a soccer pitch, swings and deckchairs.
Weekly rentals in July and August, weekend rentals possible out of season.
