About this house rental
Easy Breezy is a well-maintained oceanside cottage situated in the heart of Duck. The central location can't be beat and is perfect for vacationers who want to experience Duck on foot or by bicycle. Best of all, getting to the beach will be a breeze. Load up the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the neighborhood access at the end of the street - just a four-minute walk away.
The classic Saltbox design features vaulted ceilings and two stories of windows in the living area for abundant natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the living area with two seating areas so everyone has a place to relax and mingle. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, the chef in the family can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room. Multiple decks on both the north and south sides of the house provide plenty of room for enjoying the sun, salt air and oceanside breezes.
No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from a variety of shopping, dining and activities. Attend annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to a variety of boutiques and restaurants.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Easily accessible to the beach and the town of Duck, we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood.

Property was in an amazing location. 5 minute walk to Duck beach, shops and restaurants super close. Bedding and towels provided. We brought extra blankets to be extra comfy. House was a great size for 4-6 people. The laundry storage room had lots of helpful things. We borrowed the beach umbrella, a boogie board, and some sand toys. There were chairs and a wagon there as well but we brought our own.Things to note: Neither bathroom has a tub, only small narrow standup shower. Keep that in mind if you have little ones. Washer and dryer were large, modern, and came in very handy. They are on the ground level next to the car port so bring a laundry bag or basket for easy transport. No hair dryer provided so bring your own.Beautiful cozy home. We had a wonderful time. Will definitely book here again.

All went well, the rental company is well organized. The kitchen is a little outdated but it’s fine. The place is in a great location. I would recommend renting bikes, it’s worth it. They have all the amenities you need including chairs and umbrellas and games for the beach. Would come again.
