About this house rental
Easy Breezy is a well-maintained oceanside cottage situated in the heart of Duck. The central location can't be beat and is perfect for vacationers who want to experience Duck on foot or by bicycle. Best of all, getting to the beach will be a breeze. Load up the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the neighborhood access at the end of the street - just a four-minute walk away.
The classic Saltbox design features vaulted ceilings and two stories of windows in the living area for abundant natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and gather in the living area with two seating areas so everyone has a place to relax and mingle. When you're not dining out at one of Duck's fabulous restaurants, the chef in the family can prepare meals in the well-equipped kitchen overlooking the great room. Multiple decks on both the north and south sides of the house provide plenty of room for enjoying the sun, salt air and oceanside breezes.
No need to worry about traffic or finding parking around town, since you'll also be just a short walk away from a variety of shopping, dining and activities. Attend annual events hosted at the nearby Town of Duck amphitheater. There's also a public park complete with a soundside boardwalk that takes you on a delightful stroll along the water to a variety of boutiques and restaurants.
No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping.

Perfect place for our anniversary trip! The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with appliances. Sheets and towels are also provided. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes in a very well kept and friendly neighborhood. Check in and check out was very easy.

We had a wonderful stay at Easy Breezy! The house was exactly as described. There was easy communication from the rental agency. It is about a 5 minute walk to the entrance to the beach. It is only a few minute drive from downtown Duck. I highly recommend!

We loved out time at Easy Breezy! Located near to beach and also within walking distance to the town of duck. We loved the outdoor dinning option and the outdoor grill. A great weekend getaway.
