We thought the property had a seperate hot tub and pool but it is one unit. So you either need a cooler hot tub or hotter pool. The owners should have a wagon or means to get all your stuff to the ocean which is about a 10 minute walk for the price point of this unit.Hard to watch anything on the TV as it is password protected for everything. Maybe more toilet paper and coffee filters as well :)

The outside area was awesome. The covered table and pool were appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The rental has the bare minimum. Beach chairs were in poor condition. No beach umbrella. No brochures or written rental manual, which is almost always included in a VRBO.Most disappointing was lack of communication and miscommunication between and property management company and the realtor resulting in an unexpected house showing.
