the sun. In winter, the lake transforms into a snowy playground ideal for ice

fishing, snowmobiling*, and winter sports. After a day outdoors, cozy up by

one of the fireplaces, enjoy a game in the entertainment room, or retreat to

your peaceful bedroom sanctuary. Wake up to breathtaking lake and sunrise

views, start your day with coffee by the water, and let the natural beauty

revive your spirit. Our fully-equipped kitchen, coffee station, and high-speed

WiFi support both culinary adventures and remote work alike. Designed for

comfort and connection, the home sits on a spacious, flat one-acre lot—great

for volleyball, cornhole, and bocce ball. With step-free entry and single-

level living, it's accessible and welcoming to all. After sunset, unwind in

the private hot tub* while listening to loons and stargazing, or gather around

the firepit for s’mores and stories. We’ve thought of the little things

too—washer/dryer, board games, beach towels, a pack-n-play, highchair, and

even a s’mores station for family fun. And yes, your small dogs are welcome to

join the adventure. Whether you're seeking peaceful mornings, lakeside play,

or cozy evenings indoors, Sunset Beach is your perfect home base for every

season.







Add an extra layer of fun to your stay by renting a pontoon, jet ski, boat,

towable, or snowmobile! Daily and week-long rentals are available, giving you

the freedom to explore the lake at your leisure. Kindly note that rental fees

are not included in your reservation. Reservations must be made with our

Guest access



When you arrive, temporarily park behind the garage. To access the garage walk

to your left (south) to the single entry door. Use your code to enter the door

and garage. Walk to the garage door opener pad on the northwest corner of the

garage. Open the garage door and then park your cars inside. Exit the

Northwest door and walk along the deck (towards the lake) to the main house

entry (side door facing north). Use your code to enter. Enjoy your stay!



Other things to note



To enhance your stay, we've equipped our space with Samsung smart TVs

connected to Wi-Fi for your entertainment needs. To access your favorite

streaming services and content, simply log in to your personal accounts.

Please note that you may need to download the Samsung app for seamless

connectivity. We look forward to hosting you and ensuring a delightful

Please note that you will be charged $50 for Trash and $100 per Hot Tub &

Sauna if you do not follow the provided trash and hot tub & sauna

instructions.

for a maximum of 2 pets. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds.

☀ The maximum number of guests allowed is 10.



☀ Quiet hours are from 9:30 PM to 8:30 AM.
