There are many areas that could have been improved as far as broken/not working items. However the property management company was pleasant to work with and the neighborhood is awesome.

This home was just like the pictures on the site, so you won’t be disappointed! Check in was also easy upon arrival. The home was spacious and a awesome location to not only the club house but to Disney! What is disappointing is the upkeep of the home itself. It’s the little things that matter and need to be taken care of on a more consistent basis. For example if previous comments support broken furniture, why is the same furniture still broken and not fixed? Why is the carpet still stained? Why is the outside grill still not clean? I did express my thoughts to the property management and hopefully they will listen and make sure those things are addressed. But overall my family enjoyed the home and our time in Florida!

The sofa was falling apart the dining room chair was broken the door handle on the sliding glass door was broken no propane for the fire pit
