About this apartment rental
We’d like to warmly welcome you to our rustic-style vacation rental, “Lilli”!
This is the only apartment with a large balcony! The ceilings, over three meters high, also give it a very special atmosphere.
Through the mid-19th-century apartment entrance door—beautifully and faithfully restored—you’ll enter the hallway and turn left into the bright, spacious bathroom filled with natural light!
It is equipped with:
- a great, large wooden window (double-paned) with six panes on each side and a two-part skylight for optimal ventilation
- a sink with a built-in soap dispenser
- a tissue dispenser
- Toilet
- Wall-mounted holder with hygiene bags
- Walk-in shower with a built-in shower gel dispenser
- Tiled floor; bath mats are provided
- Clothes drying rack
Straight ahead from the hallway is the living area, which features a full kitchenette on the right. Here you can treat yourself to some culinary delights and will find the following:
- Kitchen unit with plenty of cabinets for storage
- 4-burner stove with oven
- Toaster
- Coffee maker
- Electric kettle
- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
You’ll find yourself in the cozy, bright living area, which also features a 19th-century wooden door on the left leading to the separate bedroom. In the living area, you’ll find the following:
- vinyl flooring
- a dining table with four chairs
- a cozy, fold-out spring-core couch
- coffee table
- an armchair
- TV cabinet with flat-screen TV
- a wooden window
- floor lamp
Through the balcony door, you step out onto the east-facing balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun! You can take a seat at the seating area. You’ll look out over a small path toward the horse paddock.
The separate bedroom features:
- a cozy double bed
- nightstands with reading lamps on each side of the bed
- two wooden windows with shutters
- a wardrobe
- carpeted floor (carpet)

Welcome to the Dubnitz Manor!
At the end of the village road, you’ll see the beautiful manor house, framed by four magnificent linden trees that give the house its distinctive character! You can enjoy this view from every apartment in the house! The entire property, approximately 5,000 m², features a magnificent grove of mature trees, including chestnut, linden, and acacia trees, a large walnut tree, hazelnut bushes, boxwoods, and many different fruit trees. There’s even a natural monument on the grounds! It’s a group of old yew trees consisting of four trees, estimated to be 600-800! It’s a wonderful spot to sit and listen to the sounds of nature. Many birds and even bats feel at home here, and you can watch them in the evenings.
