About this apartment rental

A cozy 527 square foot two bedroom condo located on 28th street bayside. Located just next door is Jolly Roger, a great family attraction with many activities for children and adults. This condo is just a ten minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. The master bedroom is cozy with a full bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a twin bunk bed. This allows for four people to sleep comfortably. The couch does fold out allowing two more guests. The condo has a kitchen with a small table and chairs for dining in. There is a television with cable available as well as wireless internet.

The condo is located in a very convenient area. Walking distances to a lot of points. The place itself is a good place. All necessities were met. And few minor issues were addressed in timely manner with the host. Will recommend to all who is looking for a simple stay. If looking for a luxury the place is not for you

The location of the property is perfect. The cleanliness was average, about of food had fallen between stove and counter and not cleaned causing ants. The futon is horrible and made for a terrible night sleep. The other two bedrooms were good. Wouldn’t stay again unless new couch or futon and cleaned better.
