The apartment will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every check-in. Cleaning material and products will be available in the apartment for your convenience. Additional cleaning and change of sheets/towels will depend on length of stay.

The marina is a 2-minute walk away offering a variety of shops, cafés, restaurants and ATM’s. A brief stroll over the footbridge brings you to the center of the exciting historic town of Lagos with its cobbled pedestrian streets, its wonderful typical restaurants, shops and other local entertainment. There are a variety of boat trips, water sport activities, tours and other trips available that can be arranged and booked at the Marina.
BEACHES
The 4 km golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is a 15-minute walk away and perfect for long beach walks and shell collecting. Other smaller well-known beaches at the other end of the marina and town.
SUPERMARKET
Pingo Doce is a 15-minute walk down the road from the apartment for all your groceries and has a canteen type restaurant where takeaways are also available.

Contemporary décor with an elegant touch, this is a beautiful and extremely well fitted apartment. High-end build with quality fixtures and fittings including air-conditioning/heating, electric shutters and double-glazing throughout.
On arriving at the apartment, security doors allow access into the communal area, located on the second floor accessible by lift or staircase.
The apartment consists of an entrance hallway with video intercom, a spacious living/dining area with patio doors leading out onto the large terrace that enjoys all day sunshine with wonderful far-reaching town views and built-in BBQ.
Fully fitted modern kitchen with quality appliances and doorway leading out onto the terrace.
Very spacious bedroom with fitted wardrobe and patio doors leading onto the terrace with a separate full bathroom.
COMMUNAL POOL AREA
Beautiful and secure communal pool area with large pool and surrounding gardens, bathroom facilities and shower.
GETTING AROUND
You could easily rent without a car if you wanted to just focus on experiencing and exploring Lagos. Car recommended if you want to explore beautiful surrounding beaches and towns close to Lagos or further along the Algarve.
Train Station is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
Inter-City Bus Terminal is a 15-minute walk across the Marina footbridge offering comfortable service throughout Portugal & Spain.
Tourist (land) train – at the marina which travels up and down the main beaches up to the scenic Ponta da Piedade and back.

A walk across the Marina footbridge will lead you into the heart of the old town where you will find a very quaint typical Portuguese town with narrow cobbled streets and many shops, bars and restaurants and entertainment. Here you can experience the raw authenticity of Portugal, the daily fish market, the local Tasca, the smell of grilled sardines and seafood toasting on the grill, tiled houses, the clear blue skies and the warm hospitable people.
There are many places of interest to visit such as museums, churches, historical monuments and a mini-zoo for the children. Activities are endless in and around Lagos and include boat trips, dolphin tours, fishing, surfing, diving, kayaking, golf and much more. Lagos is also very popular for hiking and walking trips. The Algarve, situated on the extreme South of Portugal, offers gorgeous sandy beaches and glorious sunshine nearly all year-round. With around 300 days of sunshine a year and idyllic temperatures averaging 14ºC in winter and 25ºC in summer - and rarely going below 10ºC during winter and reaching as high as 28ºC or 30ºC in July and August.

The apartment was perfect, great location just a short walk to the beach or marina with nice Westerly views of Lagos and sunsets. We stayed over five weeks and had a great time with so many good things to say about the hosts José and Carla and the apartment: excellent communication and coordination when we arrived; beautifully appointed apartment with comfortable bed and furnishings; well stocked kitchen with all appliances, accessories and spices; large veranda where we ate breakfast and had happy hour while watching the entertaining round-about below; and a fabulous large swimming pool with plenty of lounge chairs and sunshine.

This is our 3rd year staying at the property. It is close to all amenities. The flat has everything you require. Spotlessly clean and modern. Also has a great balcony which has the sun from lunchtime and also great for watching the sun set.

Well located and very well furnished apartment. Handy for the marina area and access if travelling by car. Free parking and a private swimming pool are great facilities.The balcony overlooks a busy roundabout so can be quite noisy at times. There is a lot of building work nearby as at August 2025 but I would expect this to be a temporary drawback.Owner Carla is attentive, knowledgeable, contactable and met us at the property as she lives locally.

Fabulous property convenient even without a car. Carla was a first-rate host. Everything you might need to enjoy your vacation is in the apartment. It was spotless and artistically appointed. Couldn’t ask for more.
