Adequate apartment. Well furnished. Balcony size is best feature. Disappointed with response from named local support man. Had problems with the lock on entry door. Initial response to repair was very good. Additional problems after repair with the lock were totally ignored. We “ could” have been locked out of our apartment with no solution offered at all.Also when we arrived we could not get access to the apartment as details of names were not provided to access key cupboard. Entry codes provided but no name reference. Very frustrating and avoidable
