Designed for calm, comfortable getaways, the home is ideal for families or small groups looking to unwind and enjoy a slower pace by the shore. Please note, the home does not rent to groups under 25 years of age and is not available for senior week rentals.
Inside, you’ll arrive to a thoughtfully prepared space with a full linen package included in your cleaning fee 🛏️—freshly cleaned and sanitized bedding, linens, bath, and kitchen essentials are all provided. Just bring your beach towels and settle in 🏖️

Lovely house and location! Really appreciated that we could bring our dog. The space was lovely and open, great natural light. My in-laws met us there and we appreciated the layout with the bedrooms. Beds were comfy. Grocery store was nearby. We did dinner in Berlin on Sat night instead of going back to the beach, and the restaurant was great as well! Highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It was very clean and just an overall great place for our family. Great location too to grocery stores, eateries and the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the house and its location. It was very clean and decorated nicely. Todd responded quickly to our questions. The linen package was great; it was nice to have extra washcloths and hand towels. We brought two cars which was a tight fit in the driveway but it was manageable. We would definitely stay here again.
