Trillium Oasis features a golf simulator room, game room, outdoor hot tub, fire pit, six en suite bedrooms, wet bar, and so much more. This golfer's paradise was built for family gatherings, golf trips, and getaways with friends. * SIX Bedrooms ALL with en suite baths; 4 bedrooms have King beds, and 2 bedrooms each with two bunk beds (single top and queen bottom). All bedrooms have Roku TVs and charging stations.
* Professional-grade GOLF Simulator room - hours of fun rain or shine. A few clubs are provided, please bring your own clubs for maximum enjoyment!
* Wet bar and GAME ROOM - after hitting some shots on the simulator, stroll over to the game room with the 18-foot shuffleboard table, card table, and massive arcade game that will keep the family and friends entertained for hours.
* Incredible Kitchen with quartz countertops and seating for all!
* Upstairs Family Room with beautiful vaulted ceilings, Roku TV, plenty of comfortable seating and an electric fireplace.

The Galena Territory Association Owner's Club is a quick 6-minute drive away, and downtown Galena is only 13 minutes away!
As our guest, you’ll have access to the Galena Territory Owners’ Club, featuring indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, waterslides, a kiddie pool, fitness and game rooms, basketball and tennis courts, playground, WiFi, and more. You can also enjoy Lake Galena, the Shenandoah Riding Center, and miles of hiking trails throughout the Territory. Good to know: The home may not have enough amenity cards for your entire group. Additional passes are available for $5 per day. Amenities may have additional fees, seasonal hours, or occasional closures, and availability is not guaranteed.
Important Booking Information: A 30% payment is due at booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged 14 days before arrival. At that time, the reservation becomes non-refundable and dates cannot be changed. A rental agreement will be emailed after booking and must be signed within 48 hours. The primary guest must be 25 or older and present for the entire stay. Because our cancellation policy is firm, we strongly recommend travel insurance, available through CSA at booking or up to 15 days before arrival. All payment amounts and due dates will be clearly outlined in your rental agreement.
You’ll receive a link to your Guest Guide at booking with everything you need for your stay. Your entry code will appear under the Welcome tab 3 days before arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed and can only be considered the night before or morning of arrival. Your Guest Guide will provide details on how to request it.

The house was beautiful quite close to the Golf Course. There was plenty to do in the house. This house had a Golf simulator. Everyone tried it. We had a little problem getting it started, but called our agent. The gentleman came over fixed it no problem whatsoever.The house was well furnished almost everything you need. It was there. View the view oh my gosh it was beautiful. Plenty of space for everybody. Roam around go for a walk outside ride their bikes in the driveway. At night you could just sit out and watch the stars and there’s plenty of them. They had a TV and almost every room so if somebody wanted to some quiet time they could go into a room and watch TV in their room and the girls did.We also enjoyed that it was zero entry when you came into the house and the garage garage was huge three car garage. Beautiful outside seating with plenty of chairs we all enjoyed the house so much.

Amazing home. The house had everything we needed. Very clean. For one of the first times ever in a home rental the pictures may not show how nice of a property this is! Will find more times to stay again!!!

This house is newer construction, which is fairly unique for houses in the territories. It's a nice house, and the golf simulator was a hit. The dishwasher was out of order for our stay, which, ok, but for the amount being charged for this house everything should be perfect - no excuses.
