Prime Location: Just a short walk to the Adobe Jack trailhead for hiking/biking, plus numerous restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment options nearby.
Private & Peaceful: A dedicated guest house with its own driveway, entrance, and private outdoor spaces, separate from the main house.
Modern Comforts: Enjoy central cooling/heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large Smart TV, and a stackable washer/dryer.
Well-Equipped Kitchenette: Features an electric hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, pots, pans, and dishware. A large stainless-steel BBQ is also available on the patio.
Outdoor Amenities: Two private patios with seating, a private hot tub, BBQ, and firepit.
Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress and a choice of pillows (feather, memory foam, polyester). The bathroom is accessed from this bedroom.
• Bedroom 2: A second bedroom is available for couples requiring separate sleeping spaces. Please note, both guests use the bathroom accessed via the master bedroom suite.

Great central location for a weekend getaway in paradise. Every convenience you need is provided by the host. Great patio, cut hot tub, comfortable bedding and nice sized bath. If/when we come back we’ll likely rent again. Thanks Del for the great weekend away!

Perfect location, very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and loved exploring Sedona, and this was a perfect home base. So close to everything and the host was great at communicating and very helpful with our check in process. Thank you!

A lovely peaceful spot with easy access to everything Sedona has to offer. We especially loved the patio and hot tub outside the bedroom where we had a lovely relaxing time spotless property and very friendly owner. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

I cannot rave enough about our delightful stay at the zen hideaway. Del and Shel clearly take pride in their property. Extremely clean and such comfortable beds and linens. The art work is amazing too-perfectly curated and several very nice touches around the property that we appreciated. They have all of your needs covered! Convenient location too-walkable to many restaurants.
