Enjoy your stay in this spacious first-floor apartment, accessible via a staircase. Its location right in the heart of the city allows you to easily reach museums, Maxplatz, bakeries and butcher shops, shopping centers, and various restaurants on foot.

Our vacation rental offers a total of one double room and three single rooms. Depending on occupancy, the single rooms can be “connected” to the main apartment.

On the terrace, overlooking the courtyard, you can relax and wind down in the evening.

Please note that smoking is prohibited throughout the entire apartment; please use the terrace as a smoking area.

The main apartment consists of a double bedroom with an adjoining bathroom, a cozy living room with a TV, and a fully equipped kitchen.

For stays with more than two guests, an annex with three single rooms and an additional restroom will be made available.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet. A washing machine is available.

The inviting living area is equipped with a TV, two comfortable sofas, and a coffee table.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need: a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The dining table seats up to 6 people.

Wi-Fi is also available.

A parking space is available right outside the front door upon your arrival. Parking is free from 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, you can park for 2 hours using a parking disc. Long-term parking is also available, just a 3-minute walk away.
