This home is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
Directly across the road from Burleigh Beach & only a short walk to shops, cafes/restaurants and Surf and Bowling Club.

▪️ General construction activity near some properties
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.

Even though it is a little old, the view and location is the absolute best. I would love to live there.

Loved the location. Noisy & busy street on Saturday afternoon. Unit very dated in need of reno. Very old & dated furniture. Windows difficult to open & close. One window was open when we arrived. Could not close. Seemed to be locked open. Main bed moves & creeks when you rollover.
Agent kept sending confusing text messages about which office to go to at the start & to drop off keys.
Would’ve been good to have some basic supplies like lifelong milk, salt & pepper.
