appliances were new. no problems except refrigerator was noisy when running. area was very nice. pool was across the street and car was required to get there, view was not what I expected. view was of a putting green and small pond. tv only streamed what was on the internet. no current tv shows. privacy from clubhouse would be impossible once clubhouse re-opens. currently closed due to hurricane damage to roof.

I had a wonderful stay in the Meadows neighborhood! The condo was very clean and had all the essentials. The neighborhood has lots of walking trails and is perfect to enjoy the outdoors. 5 mins from UTC and a 20 min drive to downtown Sarasota shops/dining.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to relax or stay for work related purposes!
