Welcome to our serene villa in Istiaia, a true retreat just steps from the sea—only one minute from the gentle waves! This charming 130-square-meter home is surrounded by a lush garden filled with vibrant flowers, offering a peaceful escape from the bustle of daily life.
Bedrooms & Capacity: The villa boasts three cozy bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups of friends.
Living Space: Bright and welcoming interiors with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook up delicious meals in the electric kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, and kettle.

Just a 20-minute drive away, you’ll find Edipsos, famous for its rejuvenating thermal springs. A day trip to Edipsos (15 km) is highly recommended—you won’t regret experiencing these healing waters that have drawn visitors for centuries.
For the ultimate experience, I also offer a unique culinary delight. A local fisherman can catch fresh seafood for you, and in the evening, a talented chef will prepare a delicious dinner featuring the day’s catch.
