This cozy home is located right in the middle of the very beautiful East Grand Rapids and Eastown neighborhoods. It is walking distance from Blodgett Hospital, many restaurants, evening entertainment, churches, stores and parks. Most of the neighbors have lived here for over 25 years and are very friendly.

It is a nice place! Big kitchen, nice living room, lots of bedrooms. Walk to Easttown. Quiet neighborhood, we would stay there again for sure.

House was old and mattresses were not super comfortable. Bathrooms were well stocked.

Pictures look super nice. Just older and in a bad part of town. The ac didn’t work like I was hoping. Ok for the money.
