A cosy and bright apartment with a private terrace, located in one of the best areas of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, just a few minutes’ walk from the Doctor Negrín University Hospital.
Ideal for both holidays and remote working, it accommodates up to 3 guests and features a bedroom, a bathroom and a Smart TV, as well as all the essentials for a comfortable and enjoyable stay on the island. Perfect for those seeking comfort, peace and an excellent location.
Set within a peaceful residential complex with a communal swimming pool and gym, the property is designed for relaxation and convenience. It offers 100 Mb fibre optic internet, ideal for remote work or staying connected.
The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware. The bedroom has a double bed, and the spacious living room features a sofa bed with direct access to the terrace.
The building also offers a lift and private parking space, and is conveniently located close to shops and services, just a 7-minute drive from Las Canteras Beach.
Bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and all basic amenities are provided for a hassle-free stay.
The communal swimming pool is open from 9:00 to 22:00 (schedule may vary, please check with the concierge). The paddle tennis court can be reserved for up to one hour per day via the concierge.
House rules must be respected. Please note that improvement works are currently taking place in the community, so some noise may be expected. The garage is not currently available.
Check-in after 10:00 PM carries an additional fee depending on arrival time. On 24 and 31 December, an extra surcharge applies for check-ins between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Arrival between 22:00 and 23:59 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.

Muy cómodo y estupendo para pasar unos días con todas las comodidades, cerca del hospital Dr. Negrín. También cuenta con piscina comunitaria y la posibilidad de jugar al golf en Las Palmeras Golf por su cercanía a la vivienda. Magnífica ubicación y atención por parte de Home2Book. Repetiremos!

You need to consider that you are in the center of a bigger town, facing the motorway and the heliport of the hospital. The pool is directly next to a huge construction site. So dont expect to spend a quiet and calm stay.
The checkin was not flexible and you have to be there on an agreed time or you need to wait. Not easy to plan when you do a hike before. So we waited 1h20.
The bed was a bit hard for my taste and the towels smelled old when wet.
The location was convenient to walk to the center and the beach. Parking in the garage was great.
No salt/sugar/hand-soap provided.
