About this villa rental

A short distance from snowboarding, sailing, and more, this family-friendly villa lets you experience it all. There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 12-minute walk to Southern Corsica Beaches or the 15-minute walk to Propriano Beach.

After you return to this 1130-sq-ft villa, you can unwind at the beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), chill by the communal pool, or sip a drink in the garden; you may also like the deck or patio. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the free WiFi, cable/satellite TV, stereo, video games, and DVD player.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental features a dining area, a BBQ grill, a fireplace, and air conditioning. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And you won't have to pack extra clothes, because you'll also have access to laundry facilities.

This villa has beautiful views across the bay to the mountains. It is very peaceful. The property is well equipped and Fred was very communicative and ensured all was well. The property adjoins his second villa and the pool is shared between the two houses. The best thing is the fact you can walk into town where there are numerous restaurants. The beach is also only a short walk away. The return is up hill via a fairly steep paved path but it is manageable. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive away and the bakery itowards town(less than 10 minutes walk).

We spent two weeks in this villa in July. The villa is very comfortable with good living and dining areas both inside and outside. While the days were hot, the villa is situated to receive the sea breeze and we always found it to be cool and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is well set up for self-catering. There are a couple of large supermarkets a short drive away from the villa (I recommend the Casino). Propriano has a good number of restaurants and bars for drinking and dining out and is an easy 10 minute walk down the hill from the villa. And while you do need to walk back up again, we didn't find it too difficult. WiFi worked well and there is a TV but we didn't watch it, preferring to spend our time looking at the great view of the town, the bay and mountains. The area has some good hikes, particularly in the area around Belvédère-Campomoro, Bilia and Portigliolo and also from Olmeto and a good walk from Porto Pollo to Plage de Cupabia and back. The pool was very refreshing at the end of a day's hiking. Fred is a very accommodating host and communication with him was quick and easy. I would recommend this rental for self catering holidays.
