Imagine watching the sunrise while sipping coffee on the deck, listening to the sounds of the ocean and the sea birds. Then, grab your beach chairs and all the gear we provide and spend all day body surfing or strolling the beautiful soft sand beach, watching boats cruise past. Ahh - Plymouth at it's best!
Enter the home after walking the boardwalk through the sand and instantly be greeted with views of the oceans through the windows. This home has been recently renovated to offer luxury designs and comfy areas to unwind. There are 2 queen-size private bedrooms, 1 on each floor and 1 additional bedroom on the 2nd floor with 2 twin beds.
There is also a queen-size pull out couch in a public sleeping space on the 2nd floor. This home has 1 full bathroom and a gorgeous private outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach day!
After a day at the beach, return to relax with plenty of AC and a large smart TV in the living room! Or, if you prefer, open the windows on the enclosed porch with dining seating for 6 and enjoy the lovely sea breezes. So refreshing! Then fire up the grill for dinner on the deck. After dinner, take a long walk and watch the sun set over the ocean.
Plymouth is a coastal town in Massachusetts, south of Boston. It is the site of the first Pilgrim settlement, founded in 1620. Plymouth Rock, a boulder in Pilgrim Memorial State Park, marks the place where settlers are thought to have landed on shore. The Mayflower II, a full-scale replica of the ship that carried the Pilgrims across the Atlantic, is usually anchored at the park.

- Primary renter must be 25 years or older
- No smoking/vaping indoors
- Pets are prohibited at all times
- There is also available on-street parking for use with the parking passes that are in the unit. Please note that there is a $50 charge for any lost or unreturned passes (this is the fee the town charges for replacement)
- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!
These are all separate causes for eviction with no refund and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability.
**Please Note - this is a private home that sleeps 6 comfortably and can accommodate 8 people due to the queen sleeper sofa on the 2nd floor landing, this can also be used as a sitting room. Parties of greater than 8 people will not be accepted.**

My friends and I stayed here for a girls week and it was fabulous! The cottage is adorable and the view is spectacular. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and new appliances and furniture. Sadly we did need the heat for our trip and Jim was great in responding right away to help us get that set up. The only thing to note is that there are not actual kitchen towels but paper towels were there in enough supply for us. The bathroom is also quite small which was just fine for the four of us but if you are a larger person this may be an issue. I would definitely stay here again and would consider any of Jim’s properties!

This is a fabulous cottage on the beach! The cottage was immaculate upon our arrival. It is well outfitted and tastefully decorated. There is a nice deck to sit on - steps away from the ocean. We enjoyed our stay!! Communication with the property management company was easy and responsive. Would highly recommend!!

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful stay for our “family beach vacation!” We look forward to this week every year and this year was the best so far!Check-in process was easy, the cottage was clean and comfortable with many well thought out amenities! It’s the little things that you notice!Beach toys, chairs, BBQ- coolers, umbrella- the list goes on!Sheets and towels were crisp, clean and plentiful!Beds are comfortable and the decor was just right!Communication was excellent as was everything during our week, weather included!I will definitely seek this rental out for our next summer family vacation! That’s how much we enjoyed our stay!Thank you so much for the use of your lovely accommodations!
