About this house rental
Owner managed property. We would love to welcome you to our oceanfront retreat, please note we take great care of our property and welcome our guests top enjoy the lifestyle of the best the Florida Keys has to offer. Rental to families only, no events. Video-conference interview will be required prior to rental approval.
Minimum Rental Period – 1 Week
2017 built gated 6 bedroom/7.5 bathroom pool & jacuzzi home with beach & boat dockage and garage/tackle room on ¾ of an Acre in the heart of Key Largo. Home is secure, with main entry gate, and is connected to a 1,000 lb propane tank with full home back-up generator. Perfect home for the family that loves to lounge and host at home next to the best views the Florida Keys has to offer. Fish, Dive, and lobster during the day and relax at home utilizing the home’s various amenities to enjoy the incredible sunsets.
Home is laid out so that primary living area is on the first floor and easily accessible by people of all ages. First Floor contains the living, kitchen, and dining area as well as direct access to the pool and beach (First Floor living quarters is a 2 bedroom/3.5 bathroom layout with Owner’s Suite and Guest Bedroom 1).
Second Floor has an additional living room and is a 4 bedroom/4 bathroom layout with all ensuites and direct water views to the bay.
Property amenities include:
1. Access to 1.5 car garage with refrigerator, rear door for access to docks, and fish tackle storage and prep area.
2. Front yard has ample space for multiple vehicles and trailer storage.
3. Rear upper level patio has infinity edge pool and heated jacuzzi. Oversized gazebo provides dining area for up to 20, large lounge area for 16 people, and outdoor kitchen that includes gas grill, power burner, griddle, sink, and tall refrigerator. Rear upper level has Sonos sound system for easy enjoyment of music at all times. The Rear Upper Level has direct access to a pool full bathroom with shower so that wet guests do not have to access the main home.
4. Lower Beach area has wonderful beach water access, lounge chairs to view the sunset, launching area for water toys, and a gazebo with tables and hammocks.
5. Dock is available for the moorage of multiple vessels, has power and water, a fish cleaning station, boarding ladder for when swimming by the dock, and an 18,000 lb. lift is available for use by renters (bunk adjustments to suite your boat can be made at renter’s expense).
6. Interior:
a. First Floor: open concept floorplan designed for hosting and entertaining large groups with the Owner’s Suite and Guest Bedroom 1 located herein
i. Living Room: Large Screen TV with large couch for 12 people
ii. Kitchen: 11 foot island with seating for 6, 36” Refrigerator, 36” Freezer, Microwave, 48” Gas Burner with two Stoves, Ice Maker, and plenty of storage (home comes equipped with all of the essentials and plateware.
iii. Owner’s Suite: King Size bed with ocean view office nook (printer provided), large screen TV, large walk-in closet, and large master ensuite bathroom with two separate sink vanities, oversized shower with multiple heads, and separate toilet room with toilet and bidet.
iv. Guest Bedroom 1: Bedroom contains two twin beds (can be swapped for a queen if renter desires) has tv and ensuite bathroom with shower and large cloet.
iv. Laundry Room: Large Laundry room with washer/dryer, sink, ironing station, and storage
b. Second Floor: designed so that the 4 bedrooms on the second floor are all identical with ensuites and the same views of the Bay. Access to the pool area/beach are provided by a rear staircase at the balcony allowing you to go straight into the room from the pool without the need to traverse through the main house.
i. Living Room: small living room with TV is provided for group viewings, living room has views of the oceanside across US-1
ii. Guest Bedrooms 1-4: Identical room layouts with tv’s, large closets with built-ins, and ensuite large bathrooms with showers.
iii. Laundry: a Washer and Dryer are provided on the second floor level to ease cleaning of clothes.
7. Technology:
a. Sonos Sound system in patio
b. High-speed Wireless internet throughout all areas, including exterior, powered by Unifi Equipment.
c. Front Electric Gate with keypad access and gate remotes.
d. Large tv’s in all bedrooms and living rooms.

We have been coming to the keys for over 20 years and have stayed in a lot of beautiful houses . This house is by far one of our favorites, and because of this we had one of our best family vacations in the keys that we have ever had . We already booked the house again for a repeat stay next year .

Just stayed at this amazing property and home June 14 thru June 21 - 2025. Myself, wife, brother and his wife. We are all over 50. First of all the property and home are amazing - and pictures do not do any of it justice. By far much better in person. Nothing has been spared for guests. Everything you need is right there at their amazing home and property. All you need are provisions. The owners and managers (same) were/are gracious, helpful and let us to our privacy and fun. Only negative was not enough days in the one week we booked. Rented a 24 foot center console dock was perfect for this. Location also perfect for boating bayside and short 15 minutes south to get ocean side. Also perfect location around MM 96 to get to Key Largo or down to Islamorada. Plenty of restaurants either way. I lived in Key Largo 14 years from 1994 thru 2008 and this home was the best possible way to re-live Keys life. If you have young ones - they will love the infinity pool, beach, dock and all the dolphins that swam by each morning and evening. 5 stars all the way. We will be back !!Thank you Danny & family !!!!!!

Our family had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home! We enjoyed the pool, which was very toddler-friendly, the beautiful dock, snorkeling right off the beach, kayaking and paddle boarding, and of course the beautiful home itself. We loved the outdoor kitchen and enjoyed many delicious cook-outs. The bedrooms and beds were all very comfortable! And the view was amazing with awesome sunsets every single evening. The owners were very attentive to every need, and were quick to reply to us with a few questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation.
