About this house rental
Lake Placid home on Tiger Cat chain. Six lakes, 1,365 acres and 33 miles of shoreline. Kayaks, canoe and peddle boat included. Pontoon boat available on site for a charge. Large lot with gentle slope and access to lake on private bay. Loons will serenade you and nest in front of the property. Modern home with privacy and space.
Over 2400 square foot home with 3 bedrooms (all with Smart Tv's), 3.5 bathrooms. Room for use of included air mattresses as well. Two separate living areas with large Smart TV's and subscriptions. WiFi mesh covers entire property extremely well. Fully stocked kitchen with seating for 12 for big get togethers. Gas fireplace in upper great room and wood pellet stove in lower living area create inviting warm atmosphere. Washer and dryer included as well. Large 3 stall garage use included.
The backyard has a large firepit with wood to burn. Swing and docks for enjoying the sunrise and sunsets. Wood fired sauna tent also available.
Home is located just 15 minutes from Hayward and 15 minutes from Mt Telemark and the Birkie. Access to snowmobile trails and ATV trails close by. Several restaurants and golf courses in the area.

Beautiful, beautiful home! Absolutely everything was provided, other than food. Soft water in the house, great TVs and furniture. Very comfortable! Rent the boat or bring your own, as you need to get out on that clean, clear water! Deer came through the yard morning and night, eating up the acorns, otters playing in the water out on the lake. Dave had the firepit ready to go for us, as well as the sauna tent. It's located on a back bay, so nice and quiet. Close to town, but not too close. If you bring a dog and want to walk, take a left out of the driveway and it'll take you to a dead end, which is nice and quiet as well. I highly recommend Lakeview Cafe for breakfast or lunch...can't say enough about their service and food. Dave is excellent at communicating and so generous...a super host! Hope to be able to go back!
