Windsor Hills is at 2600 N Old Lake Wilson Rd, Kissimmee,FL 34747. If you want to get familiar with the area. You will get our address 3 days before your arrival. Along with a digital guidebook to share with everyone in your party. The average Disney resort hotel room is approximately a 350 square foot room -- not much room, especially for a family or 2! Our Vacation home is approximately 2500 square feet, with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, can sleep 11 comfortably, with a kitchen, lanai, private pool and spa plus a game room – at a fraction of the cost of a Disney hotel that only gives you a microwave and a tiny fridge. You can be from Windsor Hills to a Disney park faster than if you were staying at a Disney hotel relying on their transportation.

Nice size villa, great location and local amenities. Small issues sorted quickly.

Certain aspects were not as clean as we expect. Some surfaces did not feel as clean as they should. Granddaughter found a human nail in her bed. Barbecue not useable.
Although we accept that a property maybe a little tired we were not happy with the patio area which had a lot of weeds growing.
