3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was definitely a little paradise and gem of a house to rent in Punta Gorda. We spent 5 days here and loved every moment we spent in it. We will definitely be back again if time permits.

This place was well put together. The bedrooms were spacious, the recreational items available onsite were quite helpful, and the AC worked well.I definitely recommend this place.

This house fit everything we were looking for, spacious, clean and well kept. It rained a majority of our stay but the under cover patio with TV was a fantastic place to relax. Great pool with great TV’s and new appliances. Would definitely stay here again.
