Welcome to the The Sandpiper! This direct oceanfront 2nd floor condo has spectacular ocean views from your private balcony and living room! Enjoy the sunrise, dolphins, Tybee Island, beach and so much more. You will not want to leave the balcony!
We supply; coffee, tea, creamer, sugar substitutes, spices, oil, vinegar, trash bags, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash--all the comforts of home! Bring your bathing suit and a book, sit back and relax!
Villa:
• Sleeps 4
• Free wifi
• Smart TV in the living room
• TV in the bedroom
• dishes, pots and pans, silverware, bed linens
• Bath and Kitchen towel included
• 2 Beach chairs included
• Umbrella
• Cooler
• Pool is heated from Nov through to March.
• Oceanfront pool and separate kiddie pool
• Part of the deck at the pool is tree covered for shade while you relax
• Private boardwalk to the beach with shower to wash off the sand after a fun day
• Walk to over 60 shops and restaurants at Coligny Square—just across the street
• Pool Bar Jim’s is to the left and the Tiki Hut is to the right
• 100 miles of bike trails right outside your door
• Over 30+ golf courses on the Island
Travel & Leisure has named Hilton Head Island The Best Island in the United States. The Island was just awarded America's Favorite Island 2017 by Reader's Digest Magazine and stated "There are 12 miles of beach on Hilton Head, and that is just the beginning of what to do while vacationing. Golf, tennis, and horseback riding through a nature preserve are just a few of the many alternatives to sun and sand. The island has 250 different restaurants." Also new this year, HGTV 2020 Dream Home is on Hilton Head Island.
Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10 am. No smoking in unit or on deck. In accordance with the condominium association rules, no pets are allowed. Must be 25 years or older to rent this unit. The rates listed below include the cleaning charge however do not include the 13% tax and $150 refundable (if there is no damage to the condo) security deposit.

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic 9 days at The Breakers.Everything was as described in the listing and our host was great - very responsive to our questions and requests.The unit is near everything in the Colingy Beach area - very walkable.The views from the balcony were incredible. We enjoyed breakfast out there every morning.We would definitely go back when on HHI.
