Around the fire pit out back is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the sounds of nature. Or maybe you’d prefer getting cozy in front of the fireplace for a movie. When you’re ready to hit the hay you have your options and they all include memory foam mattresses.The main floor bedroom features a queen bed, the king bed is on the second floor, or you can climb the ladder to the third floor loft where there are two twin XL beds along with a breathtaking 30 ft high view. Whether you are in town for a game, business trip, or just to get away, you will feel at home at the Black Warrior Retreat.

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house! The property was incredibly relaxing and lovely. It was conveniently close to everything we needed while still letting us soak in the beautiful nature around us—truly perfect for our getaway!The only shower/tub combo is a bit high, with a handheld showerhead and a shower curtain. I’m 5'7", and the top of the tub reaches about mid-thigh for me. So if you have someone in your group who might have balance issues or difficulty stepping over higher surfaces, it’s good to keep that in mind. Thankfully, it worked out great for us since neither of us had any issues. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We enjoyed relaxing outside while our dogs roamed after a long car ride. Peaceful setting and the home had everything we needed for a relaxing evening away from the city.

Great place to stay for football weekend. Quick drive to stadium and Ubers were available as well. Great space for a group of 6. Very clean and nicely decorated The host very easy to communicate with. Could not have been better
