About this apartment rental
Central location, quiet neighborhood and just plain fun! Located between BYU & UVU next to University Place Mall. Perfect for visiting your college students, sports camp/EFY, Education Week, skiing...
This is the basement apartment of a home in a quiet, central forget how close you are to everything you came to visit in Utah Valley. Walk to University Place/Costco for shopping, restaurants, a park and movies. BYU and UVU events are just 5 to 10 minutes by car. (There is a private gate from the neighborhood to the mall).
In the first bedroom is a queen bed & in the second bedroom is a set of a bunk beds with a full size mattress that pulls out to sleep five comfortably in the bedrooms. The kitchen is full size and includes everything you need when you get tired of restaurant food: full size oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, crockpot, electric fry pan. Utensils, plates and dishes are also provided.
We doubt you'll want to spend much time laying around watching TV but when you do there is a 40" TV and a DVD player. The TV includes Roku which will give you access to your Netflix, Hulu and other accounts. Fast wifi is also available.
You have off-street, designated parking for the apartment . The entrance is on the right side when facing the home. Please do not park in front of neighbors homes, enjoy your private space off the street. There is also a fenced backyard with a slate stone patio and plenty of grass. Guests are welcome to enjoy the yard.
Though the neighborhood is next to University Place Mall, there is no vehicle access from the neighborhood to the mall so there is limited traffic and noise. A pedestrian path to the mall makes walking access quick and safe.
The Utah Transit Authority's Mt. Timpanogas Transit Center is conveniently located within easy walking distance at the mall. From the transit center a bus can be taken to the Orem Front Runner station to Salt Lake City. During ski season, the bus to Sundance also stops at the transit center.

The place was clean and cute. We expected a pull out couch and there wasn't one. They surprised us with cute and thoughtful details.

This was our 2nd stay. It was even better this time after a small remodel opened up more space in the kitchen. Clean, safe, comfortable, convenient. Wanted to book another stay but the dates aren't available. Great place!

We loved the property! Perfect place with well stocked kitchen and cute decor and story to the property. We would definitely stay here again.

This basement apartment was just what we needed and where we needed. Its not too big and not too small. Was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay there again.
